The following is the lowest commission for the individual Real Estate Classes. There are reasons, however where sellers want Additional or Different Services. In such case a customized Commission Schedule can be structured.
Residential
Single Family 4.5 - 5% of Sale Price
Condominium 4 - 5% of Sale Price.
Duplex- 4 units 4.5 % -5% of Sale Price.
Commercial
Commercial (sales) 5 - 6% of Sale Price Leasing 5% of lease.
Multi-Family (4 units +) 4% & of Sale Price.
Industrial/ Warehouse (sales) 6% of the Sale Price.
Vacant Land 5 - 6% of Sale Price.
Property Management: Multifamily/Commercial 5%
Residential $35/hour + Charges
